Mercedes Benz has just announced the pricing details of their SLS AMG GT3 which will cost 334,000 Euros without taxes and 397,460 Euros with a 19% VAT. The GT3 SLS AMG was specially designed for GT3 racing and features a new aerodynamics package that includes a new front bumper with a carbon fiber front splitter, a ventilated hood, a new rear diffuser and a GT style rear wing.
Under the hood, this racer hides a 6.3L V8 engine which is identical to the one in the standard SLS AMG and it’s able to take the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and to a top speed a bit over 300 km/h.
The Mercedes SLS AMG GT3 will debut on track in the VLN race on the Nurburgring in September but delivers for customers will only begin in February 2011.
